BODYFLOW  is a new generation yoga class that will improve your mind, your body and your life. You can expect to bend and stretch through a series of simple yoga moves, elements of Tai Chi and Pilates while an inspiring soundtrack plays in the background.

BODYCOMBAT is a high-energy martial arts-inspired workout that is totally non-contact. Punch and kick your way to fitness and burn up to 570 calories** in a class. No experience needed. Learn moves from Karate, Taekwondo, Boxing, Muay Thai, Capoeira and Kung Fu. Release stress, have a blast and feel like a champ.

BODYPUMP  is THE ORIGINAL BARBELL CLASS , the ideal workout for anyone looking to get lean, toned and fit – fast. Using light to moderate weights with lots of repetition, BODYPUMP gives you a total body workout.

CXWORX is a short and intense 30-minute workout designed to improve your functional strength, for a stronger body and better muscle tone.

GRIT  Strength is a 30-minute high-intensity interval training (HIIT) workout, designed to improve strength, cardiovascular fitness and build lean muscle. This workout uses barbell, weight plate and body weight exercises to blast all major muscle groups.

Moxie Power Lunch Strength is a combination of functional strength moves, including balance and agility–for an efficient thorough workout in 30 minutes.  All levels welcome.

Moxie TRX Circuit  is combination of TRX, agility and balance, strength and cardio drills, focused on total body.  A full workout in 50 minutes.  All levels welcome.
